Body Weight Circuit



TRY THIS

-5 minute warm up jog
-15 press ups
-15 squats
-15 crunches
-1 minute skipping
-15 lunges (each leg)
-15 side leg raises (each leg)
-15 upright row with band
-1 minute skipping
-2 minutes rest then repeat twice more
- 5 minute jog cool down
-full body stretch
