To start our trek we have to fly to a place called Lukla. This airport has a reputation for being one of the most dangerous in the world, the runway is at a 12 degree angle and at the end is a 700 meter drop. I'm pretty much going to be singing Disney songs and calling for my mum when the engine starts. I'm hoping Lucy has already made the decision as to which colouring in book she will be bringing to keep me occupied.
